Production Alert
SUBSCRIPTION AND LICENSING AGREEMENT

YES, I HAVE READ THE TERMS AND AGREE.
NO, I DO NOT AGREE.
Subscriber AGREES:
- NOT TO re-transmit, re-publish or share the information in PA without the permission of Production Alert.
- To accept the rates which appear on Production Alert's website on the date of subscribing to this agreement, and understand that they will be given twenty-one days notice of any rate change.
- To choose a 3 Month, 6 Month or 1 Year subscription payable either by a one time payment or an automatic, recurring payment, or a One Month subscription on a automatic, recurring payment basis only.
- They are hereby informed that they may cancel the recurring payment by notifying Production Alert at subscriptions@productionalertusa.com or by calling (818-970-2299). No refunds will be made after the delivery of the first issue in the new billing period.
- They are hereby informed that they may request a temporary suspension of service on subscriptions of 6 months or more, once within a one year period, by notifying Production Alert at subscriptions@productionalertusa.com or by calling 818-970-2299).
- They are hereby informed and understand that Production Alert will be published each Friday, except during vacation weeks: and delivery by email may vary from Thursday afternoon to Saturday morning; and that Production Alert will not be published on the week's of the following holidays: Spring Break, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Chanukah, Christmas, New Years, and one other week at the discretion of the editor.
Subscriber understands that Production Alert will:
- Provide notification by email when a automatic, recurring payment has been processed.
- NOT be responsible to compensate Subscriber for "missing" issues when the cause is diversion to "Bulk Mail", security settings, or full mailbox on the Subscriber's email.
